*Items over 1.5 metre in length (e.g. Tile Trims) incur a fixed surcharge price of £20. These items will be shipped, third party, via the supplier. If ordered with other items, your deliveries will be split.
Fixed surcharge prices will be added at the basket stage showing as one total including any other charges.
Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability, and delivery times are from when the goods are dispatched.
We cannot guarantee that we will have sufficient stock at the time you place your order, either online or in-store. Stock levels are not indicated on the website. We would advise customers to contact us to check stock levels, before placing your order, to avoid disappointment.
All product codes starting SPEC are not a stocked item, and may take on average up to 15 – 20 working days as a special order. (subject to availability).
Our own vehicles are used for most local deliveries (DE, LE or NG postcodes). For all out of area deliveries, we use a third party transport company. When using any third party transport companies, should any issues arise, or delays in delivery occur, EMC tiles cannot and will not accept any liability.
Should any issues arise with your delivery, please contact the transport companies directly, where possible. Otherwise, do not hesitate to contact us and we can help you to resolve any problems with the delivery.
You may arrange your own delivery transport, should you wish to.
Samples and small order consignments are sent through appointed carriers. When placing your order, please provide a mobile telephone number, where possible, as this will improve the level of service our delivery partners are able to provide to you.
Any orders made on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a Bank Holiday will be confirmed and dispatched on the next working day (subject to stock availability/Express Delivery option only).
Delivery days do not include weekends and Bank Holidays, unless otherwise specified.
All prices quoted are including VAT, and subject to change at any time.
Restrictions on Ordering and Delivery
We can deliver to most addresses on the UK mainland. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to non-UK destinations, including the Republic of Ireland.
We currently can only accept orders for delivery from UK businesses or individuals, based on the prices stated above. For all the following postcodes, unfortunately we are unable to deliver within our standard prices – AB, IE, GY, JE, KA27…KA28, PA20...PA49, PA60…PA78, PH19…PH50, IV40…IV49, IV51…IV54, HS, IM, BT, PO30...PO41, KW15…KW17 and ZE.
An order can be placed for you (the customer) to arrange your own collection from any of our branches, or send as a quote for us to cost for your delivery requirements. Alternatively, please call 0115 9777 890, for further options we may be able to offer you.
Due to the distance from our main warehouse to some areas in Scotland and Northern Ireland, these orders will be subject to a quotation on request, and at an Economy Delivery option of 2-5 working days only. Weekend delivery is available in certain UK Mainland areas at a quoted price also.
Orders will usually be delivered by a tail lift vehicle. Please note that our delivery services, including locally and nationally via third party delivery transport companies, may involve deliveries being completed between the hours of 7.00am to 5.00pm. Due to insurance, health and safety regulations, we are unable to transport goods into a customer’s property.
The majority of our deliveries will arrive on a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location (Kerbside delivery*). If goods are delivered on a pallet, the items on the pallet will not be broken down or discharged by the delivering driver. Any damages upon delivery, must be photographed, and emailed, to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
*Kerbside delivery: Whilst every effort will be made to deliver your items to the nearest available delivery point, hazards or obstructions e.g. steps, lifts, uneven or gravel paths / driveways, may mean the delivery will need to be taken to an alternative location, nearest to the delivery vehicle.
In-store collection is free on all orders.
When placing an order online for collection in-store, we will process your order and check we have sufficient stock. Once your order is ready to collect, we will contact you via telephone or email.
Should we not have enough stock for your order, we will contact you to let you know, and advise when more stock is due in.
We cannot guarantee that we will have sufficient stock at your chosen pick-up location at the time you place your order, and so may require a branch transfer. We would therefore advise you to wait for us to contact you before arriving to collect your order.
Cut samples are by delivery only, and not available for collection in-store. These are also non-returnable.
