We would like to thank you for your patience, and for adhering to government guidelines while visiting our trade service centres and showrooms, over recent times.
All of our Trade Service Centres and Showrooms are now OPEN during normal opening hours.
While the latest government guidance no longer requires people to wear a face covering in most settings, many of our staff will continue to wear one. We also welcome customers to continue wearing face coverings when in our showrooms and trade service centres, to help keep each other safe.
When visiting any of our premises, please at all times, respect the personal space of others, and the choice for individuals to wear a face covering.
What measures are in place?
The following measures are in place at all our Showrooms and Trade Service Centres, to help protect customers and our staff.
- Customers and staff are welcome to continue wearing a face covering when visiting the trade service centres and showrooms.
- Antibacterial gel is available to customers, please use this on entering the trade service centres and showrooms.
- Perspex screens will remain in place at the counters in-store.
- Social distancing is still a welcome precautionary measure, where possible.
- Payment by card remains a preferred payment method, where possible.
If you have any symptoms of COVID-19, or should be self-isolating, please do not visit our showrooms or trade service centres, until it is safe for you to do so.

Our website emctiles.co.uk is available to provide an ordering, collection and delivery service for all our customers.
For registered trade users, that already have a login, this will show your details as logged in. If you haven’t a login already, register online by clicking ‘My account’ and then register for a trade account (via the account dashboard once logged in). Also, trade customers can download the FREE EMC Tiles Trade App to place orders.
Please be patient with us in busy times on phones or at stores, if you wish to leave a voicemail or send an email, we will respond asap.
Please note: Due to recent unprecedented demand on courier services, there may be delays to deliveries, notably express services. As deliveries are via an external courier service unfortunately this is beyond our control. We hope for this to be resolved as soon as possible, and we thank you for your patience on this matter.
