We hope you are well and safe. We want to say thank you for your patience, and for adhering to government guidelines while in our trade service centres and showrooms.
As of Wednesday 2nd December, our showrooms at all branches will reopen as normal. Our trade service centres also remain open, as before.
Strict social distancing measures are in place.
What measures are in place?
The following measures are in place at all our Showrooms and Trade Service Centres, to help protect customers and our staff.
- Customers to wear a face covering when inside the trade service centres.
- Antibacterial gel is available to customers, please use this on entering the trade service centres.
- Where applicable, floor markings have been also been used.
- Perspex screens have been installed at the counters.
- Keep a 1-2m distance from any other person.
- Preferably no cash, card payment only where possible.
There may be times when we would ask you to wait outside, due to the need to restrict the amount of people at any one time. In this case, please wait outside and a member of staff will invite you in, when it is safe to do so. Please only visit our trade service centres either alone, or with a maximum of one other person.
