COVID-19 Statement: Latest Update 06/04/2021

Dear customers,

We hope you are well and safe. We want to say thank you for your patience, and for adhering to government guidelines while in our trade service centres and showrooms.

We are pleased to inform you that as of Monday, 12th April, all of our Trade Service Centres and Showrooms will be OPEN during our normal opening hours (including Saturdays).


Strict social distancing measures remain in place. During particularly busy times, we may ask you to wait outside in order to help control customer numbers in-store. No appointment for our showrooms will be necessary. 

What measures are in place?

The following measures are in place at all our Showrooms and Trade Service Centres, to help protect customers and our staff.

  • Customers to wear a face covering when inside the trade service centres and showrooms.
  • Antibacterial gel is available to customers, please use this on entering the trade service centres and showrooms.
  • Where applicable, floor markings have been also been used.
  • Perspex screens have been installed at the counters.
  • Keep a 2 metre distance from any other person.
  • Only card payment will be accepted. No cash will be taken in-store, unless in extreme circumstances.
  • Our current 14 day policy for refunds will be extended. Please call us to advise of any returns you wish to make, and this will be settled once it is safe to do so.

There may be times when we would ask you to wait outside, due to the need to restrict the amount of people at any one time. In this case, please wait outside and a member of staff will invite you in, when it is safe to do so. Please only visit our branches either alone, or with a maximum of one other person, whenever possible.

Our website is available to provide an ordering, collection and delivery service for all our customers.

For registered trade users, that already have a login, this will show your details as logged in. If you haven’t a login already, register online by clicking ‘My account’ and register for a trade account.

To help minimise customer numbers in-store, please call to order or buy online in advance, where possible. Also, trade customers can download the FREE EMC Tiles Trade App to place orders.

Please be patient with us in busy times on phones or at stores, if you wish to leave a voice mail or send an email, we will respond asap.


Please note that during particularly busy times and due to current COVID-19 restrictions, we cannot guarantee all delivery times. If we are aware of an issue with transport we will contact you and always do our best to resolve this as soon as possible.

When you visit any of our premises, please at all times, respect social distancing to all our staff and other customers you may come into close contact with.
